This top floor condo had a view and roof deck which made the summer months incredible, but the old baseboard heating system was unreliable and left a lot to be desired. Adding window units for cooling in the summertime blocked all the natural light and left this awesome home with a noisy and inefficient solution. The Solution
Our Project Manager visited the home to review the electrical panel and the job overall. We prescribed an FH series indoor unit with the i-See sensor to scan the room for hot and cold spots. We also added in the Wi-Fi Kumo Cloud so our client to ensure the home was staying at a nice comfortable temperature at all times. The job went seamlessly and the best part is our ultra-quiet system won’t interrupt the usage of the roof deck, as normal system HVAC systems are very loud!
