The owners of this carwash have a wonderful facility to keep your car looking its best, but the employee break room was too cold and the existing system was not capable of meeting the demands.
The Solution
We performed a full load calculation to determine exactly how much heating and cooling was necessary, and then we specified a system that would meet their needs. The Mitsubishi Electric P-Series unit is a Hyper-Heat model, meaning it’ll provide full heat down to 5 degrees F and still maintain at least 75% capacity at -13 F. Right after we finished our installation the weather turned artic – a great test for the new system! This heating unit works flawlessly and the customer is thrilled.
